Ahmad N. Ouri
President & CEO
Ahmad joined IZ-ON Media in 2011 from parent company Technicolor, where he was chief marketing officer since 2009. Previously, he held several senior positions at Technicolor after joining the company in 2002, including president of Technicolor Digital Cinema, chief technology officer, and president of Technicolor's Content Services division. Prior to Technicolor, Ahmad was CEO of Philips Electronics' digital video server division. He attended the University of Utah, where he graduated with two Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical engineering and mathematics, a Master's in business (MBA) and completed studies for a Master's degree in engineering (instrumentation).
Martin J. Fry
Chief Operating Officer
As a senior executive with extensive experience in business leadership and hi-tech product development, Martin oversees IZ-ON Media’s field solutions, technology group, technical account management, network operations and media services. Prior to joining IZ-ON Media, Martin held a number of senior positions at Grass Valley from 1995 to 2011. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics with honors from the University Of Surrey, England, and completed graduate studies in biophysics and bioengineering at Imperial College in London.
Kevin Carbone
SVP, Business Development & Account Management
Kevin comes to IZ-ON Media with a wide range of leadership experience in industries from Management Consulting to Digital Marketing to Software as a Service. In his most recent position, Kevin was Founder and CEO of 6Connex, a virtual collaboration software company. Carbone is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the Account Management and Business; he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Paul Jankauskas
SVP, Media Sales
As an industry veteran, Paul brings over 25 years of experience in advertising sales and has held a number of senior executive roles. Prior to joining IZ-ON Media, he headed media sales and strategy at Digital Display Networks (DDN) where he oversaw the 7-Eleven® TV Network. Jankauskas has also held executive sales management roles at digital out-of-home companies American Health Media Network and Captivate Network. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is a CPA.
Noel Kan
VP, Finance & Accounting
Noel joined IZ-ON Media in 2004 and oversees all financial aspects of the company. She has extensive experience in corporate finance, with over 15 years spent as controller for companies such as Verisity Designs, Axis Systems and Axys Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Noel’s career also includes accounting positions in health care, telecommunications, hospitality and large accounting and CPA firms; she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from University of California Berkeley and is a licensed CPA.
Jonathan Rosen
VP, Content Strategy & Development
Jonathan leads IZ-ON Media’s programming, production and content development teams and has led the creation of sponsored and integrated content franchises, including Network, Cable, Studio, Publishing, and Online content providers. Prior to joining IZ-ON Media, Jonathan was co-founder / Head of Development at Spine Films, a television production company dedicated to producing international non–fiction programming with a twist. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from Columbia University and was a Directing Fellow at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.
John Chin
VP, Business Operations & Marketing
With over 20 years of consumer marketing experience, John oversees business operations for IZ-ON Media, including research and marketing. Before joining IZ-ON Media in 2010, he held senior management positions with retail, media and technology companies such as Microsoft, The Good Guys!, CNET Networks and Monster Cable Products. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University, is Lean Six Sigma certified, and is the recipient of a Jack Myers Media Creativity and Innovations Award.
Tracy Boyd
VP, Product Management & Marketing
Tracy joined IZ-ON Media in 2011 and oversees product management and marketing. Her more than 20 years of experience includes several senior roles at Yahoo.com, AffinityLabs (a division of Monster.com), and Shutterfly, as well as other management positions in marketing, advertising and sales. Tracy’s experience also covers early digital media and technology companies such as Earthlink, Excite@Home and Navteq. She holds a bachelor of arts magna cum laude from Wellesley College and was awarded an MBA from Harvard Business School.
